چکیده
Purpose: To explore the molecular targets of Guanxin Danshen Dripping Pills (GXDS) in regulating psycho-cardiology disease through identifying its components by UPLC-MS/MS and network pharmacology approach.
Methods: Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was adopted to determine GXDS’ main constituents. SwissTargetPrediction similarity ensemble approach were employed predict possible targets. Targets for psycho-cardiological identified from GeneCards database. The GXDS overlapping these using Venny web tool (version 2.1.0). Functional enrichment analysis performed Gene Ontology knowledgebase, while Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) pathways undertaken. In Cytoscape, target-pathway, pathway-target, compound-target networks constructed.
Results: Among 37 chemical UPLC-MS/MS, 19 combined with 63 targets, which subjected gene ontology obtain terms corresponding sub-ontologies cellular components, functions, biological processes (30, 84, 1188, respectively). revealed 109 related pathways.
Conclusion: This study them analysis, explored material basis therapeutic effect on disease. Thus, is a potential candidate use clinical treatment diseases

Background: We used a database of patients treated at three hospitals to study the primary null hypothesis that thereare no factors associated with unplanned reoperations or adverse events after surgical repair for diaphyseal claviclefracture. Additionally we addressed the following secondary study questions: 1. What is the prevalence of unplannedreoperations or adverse events...
متن کاملRelationship between baseline inflammatory markers, antiplatelet therapy, and adverse cardiac events after percutaneous coronary intervention: an analysis from the clopidogrel for the reduction of events during observation trial.
BACKGROUND We evaluated patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention to assess the predictive value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) on adverse cardiac outcomes and the effect of antiplatelet therapy on these outcomes. METHODS AND RESULTS Baseline blood samples were available on 1468 CREDO (Clopidogrel for the Reducti...
